  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping

6.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. International orders may incur customs fees – these are your responsibility.

6.4 Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 3 days of expected delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Returns and Refunds

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they’re:

  • Not used/worn (except for trying on)
  • Not part of our non-returnable items list

  • Used skateboard decks
  • Custom grip tape

We stand behind our products. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 3 days with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement.
