Shipping Information

Order Processing

We get your gear ready to roll in 1-2 business days after we receive your order. Weekends and holidays might add a little extra time.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping

Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. International orders may be subject to customs fees – that’s out of our control, but we’ll get your package to you as fast as we can!

Returns & Exchanges

Not completely stoked about your gear? No worries – we’ve got a simple return process to make things right.

Return Basics

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Return shipping: Your responsibility (except for defective items)
  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Condition: Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Used skateboard decks (those wear patterns are too personal!)
  • Custom grip tape (once it’s applied, it’s yours)
  • Personalized items made just for you

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our Rider Support team at [email protected] within 15 days of getting your order. Use this template to keep things smooth:

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request (usually within 24 hours on business days) and email you:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping address
  • Any special instructions if needed

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, pack your item securely in the original packaging and ship to:

Important: Include your return authorization number on the package. Use a trackable shipping method – you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval (standard shipping times apply)

Special Cases

Defective or Damaged Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective, email us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement immediately.

International Returns

For riders outside the US:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customs/duties are not refundable
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
