- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility (except for defective items)

- Non-Returnable Items: Used decks and custom grip tape (for hygiene/safety reasons)
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We stand behind our gear like we stand on our boards – with complete confidence. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right. All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
How To Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our Rider Support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to make sure we get all the info we need:
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our Rider Support team will review your request (typically within 24 hours on business days) and email you:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping address
- Special instructions if needed
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, pack your item securely in the original packaging and ship to:

Important: Include your return authorization number on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval (standard shipping times apply)
Special Cases
Defective or Damaged Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective, email us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Used skateboard decks (wear patterns are personal)
- Custom grip tape (once applied)
- Personalized items
International Returns
For riders outside the US: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customs/duties are not refundable. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.
