Ordering & Payment

Here’s our processing timeline:
- Orders placed before 3 PM EST Monday-Friday are processed the same business day
- Orders after 3 PM EST are processed the next business day
- Weekend orders are processed on Monday

Shipping & Delivery
We offer two shipping methods tailored to riders’ needs:
Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate)
- Carriers: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery: 10-15 days after dispatch
- Best for riders who want their gear fast
- Includes tracking
Free Shipping (orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery: 15-25 days after dispatch
- Great when stocking up on multiple items
- Includes basic tracking
We ship globally with some exceptions:
- We ship to: Most countries worldwide
- Exclusions: Some Asian countries and remote areas due to shipping constraints
Our warehouse is located in Arlington Heights, US (4369 Thomas Street, 60004) but we serve riders everywhere we can!
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll get detailed tracking. For Free Shipping (EMS), you’ll receive basic tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely stoked with your gear:
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Process: Email [email protected] to initiate a return
- Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We take pride in packing your gear securely, but if something arrives damaged:

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund
No need to return damaged items in most cases – we’ll take care of you!
